Return Eligibility

  • Products are returned in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Clearance and final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • Defective items,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs for verification purposes.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days through the customer's original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds are reflected in your account.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless:

  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Order Cancellation
